関八州見晴台

紅葉に別れを告げに、関八州見晴台というレトロな名前の山に行ってきました。

西武池袋線で飯能から３０分程のところにある西吾野という駅からスタート。途中で銀杏で有名な高山不動に寄り、低山だけど頂上では武甲山など近隣の山々が良く見えた。山々の紅葉は少し盛りを過ぎているたけど、帰りには滝があり、大満足。

これが新しく買ったアウトドア時計。ドイツのBarigoという気圧計メーカーが作ったもので、コンパス、高度計、温度計測が可能。出発時に西吾野駅で補正したのだけど、頂上での表示はごらんのとおりぴったり。
